If you every wondered how people get into meditation, this is the class for you. This short class will teach you the nuts and bolts of how to do meditation, and give you some important tips on how to continue your meditation practice in your daily life. Class takes place about once a month.

The Zen Community of Chicago teaches a simple path of spiritual practice that anyone can learn, rooted in Western psychology and science. We wish to contribute to living in an awakened world where suffering is transformed into greater compassion and delusion into clarity.
Our Hula School, Halau I Ka Pono also teaches Sacred Hawaiian Dance - Hula in Chicago and New York.
